Take care of yourself, because you deserve it, you really, really do!
Q: Is it unethical for therapists to be on social media?
A: It depends. As with other ethical dilemmas, clinician-professors need to carefully consider the benefits vs risks, such as confidentiality, unprofessionalism, boundaries, multiple relationships, self-disclosure, informed consent, accuracy in publications, and harm to clients, students, and the public.
